Who We Are

ITS is proud of the efforts we make to maintain and grow our team! We started 2025 with 81 team members, brought in some fresh faces, and celebrated internal promotions that helped us stay strong and ready to support the university’s teaching, research, patient care, and operations. With nine people leaving, largely due to the university’s retirement program and some thoughtful restructuring, our turnover still stayed below national benchmarks.

To ensure our team is ready for tomorrow as well as today, 69 of our members took part in 73 different training programs—everything from cybersecurity and emerging technology to customer service and process improvement. By investing in our people, we’re making sure ITS continues to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative services that help our community thrive.
