Our newest AI tool, AI Hub makes many of the most popular AI models (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, Grok, etc.) available to Health Science Center users in one secure place. Save money, compare tools, create agents, and more. More functionality and models coming all the time! (Microsoft’s Copilot also is still available in its own site.)

TechTriage is a quick and easy way to find information or submit a support ticket. Perfect for those who prefer self-service without needing to call or visit in person.

“UTHSC Guest” allows internet access to more people and sites, including streaming services for our students during downtime. (This network cannot be used to access secure internal UTHSC resources. It also should not be used to access or transmit protected, sensitive, or confidential data.)

Memphis members soon will have the ability to enter buildings using their phones instead of ID badges.

ITS is tricking out two different Memphis rooms where everyone can test-run the latest audiovisual technology. This is new functionality you’ve asked for that is easy to use and enhances sound and video quality. In some cases, it even saves money! Once the technology is proven to work well in these testbed spaces, it then will be integrated across our campuses in future upgrades.

New features include a mobile app for Campus Police officers and recognition features that alert dispatchers to potential issues/danger. 

ITS is developing a server cluster in Memphis to support our researchers as they process complex scientific calculations, train machine learning models, and analyze massive datasets on the road to life-changing and life-saving discovery.
