2025 Annual Report
In 2025, ITS continued to set a high standard for client service, delivering responsive and personalized support.
More than 170 respondents took the time to share their thoughts and suggestions in our inaugural annual survey, which we appreciate. See the results.
In the classroom, faculty and staff also consistently praised the dedication of ITS’s classroom support, noting that technicians were “right there” to ensure proper setup and frequently anticipated and resolved potential issues before they arose. This unwavering commitment to excellence reflects the team’s deep focus on delivering “A1” service for everyone across the mission.

ITS completed 12,958 tickets, with 95% of surveyed clients responding that they were “Very Satisfied” or “Satisfied” with the service they received.
