- 
                           Consults with and provides resources to faculty, graduate students, and residents on identifying strategies to help meet pedagogical goals; 
- 
                           Identifies and supports teaching and learning with technology; 
- 
                           Works with departments, colleges, and the university on issues related to teaching and learning; 
- 
                           Identifies, shares, and contributes to literature, best practices, and other local and national conversations related to the scholarship of teaching and learning. 
- Collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to create a welcoming educational environment.
