Manufacturers That Should Not Be Used at UTHSC

To the right is a list of manufactures that have known high risks to cybersecurity. Devices from these manufacturers should not be on the UTHSC network.

Per Standard IT0102-HSC-B-Device Life Cycle Security, all devices must be purchased from campus approved vendors with whom UTHSC has a vendor repair agreement whether or not the manufacturers are on this list. 

If an exception is required, documentation of that exception needs to follow IT0003-HSC-A.02-Security Exceptions and Exemptions to ITS Standards, Practices, and Controls.
