Medical Explorations Application Summer 2019

• Dates: July 22 through August 2, 2019
• Application opens on May 6, 2019
• Application deadline is June 17, 2019

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for consideration — NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Please have letters of recommendation printed and signed on letterhead from your school or employer and sent directly to info@chattmd.org.

Please fill out the application in a pdf document. Include all separate attachments in ONE email to info@chattmd.org. 

Only complete applications will be considered.
