Dr. Ricketta H. Clark received her BSN from the University of Memphis in 1994. In 1998, she received an MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Later, Dr. Clark pursued a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree which she earned also from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2009.
Dr. Clark’s FNP clinical practice has included Gastroenterology and Primary care. She was on staff with Methodist University hospital as the hospitalist for a local GI practice. As a staff nurse, she has worked in the areas of neurosurgery, med-surgical nursing, and neurology. Also, she has served administratively as a clinical manager for Phillip R. Bowden, MD, PA and Regional One Health.
Her previous faculty appointments include the University Of Memphis Loewenberg School Of Nursing where she taught Family Nurse Practitioner students. She was also a course developer for Tennessee Board of Regents Online Advance Health Assessment course.
She currently serves on the Health Advisory Board for Porter-Leath here in Memphis.
