Due to flooding at the UT Conference Center, clinical services at the UT Health Sciences
Audiology and Speech Pathology Clinic are currently limited. Patients will receive
communication about their appointment. For questions, please call 865-974-5453.
We have a patient portal for your convenience. When you enter the portal for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
