UTHSC Audioloy and Speech Pathology clincal services are all located under the same
roof at the UT Conference Center in downtown Knoxville. We have patient-friendly,
free parking at either 601 Locust Street (plaza parking) or 540 Locust Street (Locust
Street Garage).
We no longer have clinical services in South Stadium Hall, on Peyton Manning Pass,
or on Lake Avenue.
We have a patient portal for your convenience. When you enter the portal for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
