Megg Doolin, Institutional Research

December 14, 2021

Megg Doolin started her role as Lead Digital Projects Analyst amid the pandemic in September 2020. Megg’s primary role is Digital Measures Administrator. Digital measures (DM) is the system faculty members use to record their professional activities and to participate in Annual Performance and Planning Review (APPR). Megg interfaces with faculty, department chairs, division chiefs, administrative assistants, and other college administrators; providing training and conducting needs assessments, among other things. Megg joined the DM team as we were preparing to launch our first APPR workflow in DM. She did not hesitate but jumped right in - she learned her role and built productive relationships with partners across colleges quickly. We successfully launched our second APPR workflow (2021 APPR) on December 1 and thought this is a good time to celebrate Megg's talents and let her know how much she is appreciated.

Here are several examples of feedback she's received from faculty:

  • "You are phenomenal!”
  • “Such quick response and so helpful. Thanks"
  • “Session was great, one on one. All my questions were answered. Meggie is great.

Dr. Judith Nyabando, Megg’s supervisor, shares “among Megg’s many talents, she embraces challenges with gusto and is always willing to learn. Megg is a great addition to AFSA and UTHSC.”

Thank you, Megg, for consistently bringing your “A” game to any and all concerned - virtually as well as live/in person!
