The Office of Enrollment Management
What is Enrollment Management?
The Office of Enrollment Management oversees and supports the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. The Admissions office is primarily responsible for processing application materials, articulating transfer credit, managing admissions data, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The Financial Aid office administers federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs, determining eligibility and disbursing funds. The Registrar's office manages essential functions for the smooth operation of the academic institution, including student enrollment, maintaining academic records, coordinating course schedules, and overseeing graduation processes.

In collaboration with the UTHSC community, the mission of the Office of Enrollment Management is to contribute to the success of students by providing service and support throughout the student life cycle.
