Cerner EMR
Orientation Residents/Fellows that are coming in during orientation and rotation
during the first 90 days after orientation (July, August, September), ROH will provide
a link to Sign up Genius for trainees to make appointments during orientation week
in June to get their access prior to July 1st start date.
You must have your ROH badge to be granted system access, so please do not wait on
that.
If starting rotations after the first 90 days (October 2026): If ROH has already contacted
you individually about missing information, or if a rotation begins October 2026 or
later, you do not need to attend one of these sessions in June. Instead, you will
contact Regional One Health Helpdesk at 901.545.7480 at least 7 business days prior
to the start of your rotation to set up your account (ePrescribe, Imprivata, and Dragon)
because you will already be in the system via trainee list.

Badges requested by the June 12th deadline will be ready for pickup at orientation.
Requests received after that day will be available for pickup June 25 and June 26 in the ROH Security Office by appointment between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. If you are unavailable on those dates, you may request a different day before July 1 to pick up your badge.
After that, ROH ID Badges are made in Security Monday – Friday:
9:00 am – 11:00 am
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Security Location Directions
- Enter hospital through Jefferson Avenue Main Entrance.
- Go to the 1st floor.
- Go through the double doors near gift shop.
- Turn to right after going through those double doors and Security is directly in front of you.
