2025 Research Resource Fair

You will be provided:

• one standard 6-foot rectangle table and 2 chairs
• one tent-style tabletop sign with your office/department/unit/college name on it
• a floor map with your assigned table (will be provided 1 week before the event)

• A tablecloth (if you have any UT Health Science Center-branded tablecloth you are encouraged to bring it)
• Any printed or promotional items to hand out to attendees. We encourage you to bring  materials that will provide attendees with information on the various research resources available to them through your office/department/unit/college. We encourage you to have enough materials on hand for ~100 attendees. 

Yes, please plan to have your table manned during the entire length of the fair. If your staff needs to come in shifts that is fine. Please limit your headcount to 4 people total.

We typically have between 100-150 attendees.

You may arrive as early as noon the day of the event to begin table setup.

Yes, we will have several promotional items designed with the Office of Research logo (pens, pads, small totes, chip clips, and stickers).  You may grab some of these items for your table the day of the fair. 

If you would like any different items, you will be responsible for ordering them with an approved UT Health Science Center logo.  Please see the Promotional Products page for guidelines.

Please email Lee Ferguson at lfergu12@uthsc.edu for any specific needs for your table (i.e. electrical power access, etc.).

Unfortunately, no. Please wear any branded UT Health Science Center t-shirt (or if you are an outside partner, any branded t-shirt from your institution) that you already have!

Yes, please submit any materials that need to be updated to Lee Ferguson no later than Monday, September 25, 2025 to give enough time for production. Once the updates are complete, you will be sent the print file to submit to the UT Health Science Center print office. You are responsible for placing your print order.
