Research
The College of Pharmacy's research enterprise is comprehensive and encompasses a diverse range of activities. It covers all critical research areas relevant to drug discovery, preclinical and clinical development, drug utilization, outcome research, and clinical research aimed at enhancing pharmacotherapy. The College specializes in pediatrics, infectious diseases, cancer chemotherapy, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, and has extensive expertise in investigating research questions throughout the entire life cycle of a drug, from its early stages as a potential drug candidate to its clinical use in specific patient subpopulations.
