Using the UT Vault for GME Document Submission

Make sure your documents are PDFs or Word documents - images will not be accepted.

  1. You can use your UT credentials or register for an UT Vault account with a personal email. There are instructions at the link for registering with a personal email.
  2. Sign in with whatever account you chose to use.
  3. Upload your documents using the "Upload" button.
  4. Once uploaded, select all the documents you want to share with gme @uthsc.edu by clicking the little squares next to your document names.
  5. The "Share File(s)" button will become available. Click that and select "Email".
  6. In the "To" field, type gme@uthsc.edu.
  7. You can add a message if you'd like.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Within a couple of minutes, we will get an email saying your documents are ready to download.

Note: We will not be able to see your documents unless you share them with us.
