Didactics, Lectures, and Simulation
- Didactics occurs very Thursday (7 am - Noon) with simulation taking place the last Thursday of each month
- You’ll cover both the science and the art of emergency medicine
- Lecture format varies from direct instruction, to interactive, to hands-on, to small group

- You’ll be assigned chapters from Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine: A Comprehensive Study Guide
- ROSH Review access is available and recommended to track progress
Exam and Board Prep
- USMLE Step 3 / COMLEX 3 must be completed by March 1st of PGY-2 (no exceptions)
- The annual In-Service Exam is mandatory and prepares you for the ABEM Board Exam after residency
