Applicants

Our Child and Adolescent psychiatry fellows receive experience at many sites, enabling them to see the spectrum of child and adolescent psychopathology as well as the different systems of care. They get accustomed to working in different settings and navigating the child mental health system in this area. The goal is to provide a basic understanding of the different ways that child and adolescent psychiatrists function in the system.

We are closely connected to the residents in the Department of Psychiatry as well as medical students at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.  Faculty and fellows interact, teach and mentor these students.
