Office of Accounting and Budget

The Office of Accounting and Budget, a division of the Office of Finance, serves UTHSC as the central office for the unrestricted budgeting, fiscal monitoring, financial analysis, and financial reporting functions.

The mission of Accounting and Budget is to serve the campus community, including Clinical Education Center-Knoxville, Clinical Education Center-Chattanooga, Memorial Research Center, and Family Practices Knoxville, Jackson, and Memphis, in overseeing the appropriate budget, expenditure, and reporting of unrestricted funds.
