The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is located on the beautiful beaches of Sandestin, Florida. 

When making your reservations, please ask for the UTHSC OB/GYN room rate. 

The cut-off date for the conference rate of $459 is June 11, 2025 or until the room block is sold out.  Please make your reservations early, as the room block availability is limited.

Although no discounted rates are available, conference attendees may consider alternate lodging at the Beachside (Luau) at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort (no affiliation with the Hilton Sandestin).  This is a neighboring property that is within walking distance (across the parking lot) to the conference hotel.  Their nightly rate is comparable to the conference rate at the Hilton.

Please note that if you choose to stay in Baytowne on the north side of Highway 98, it is not within walking distance to the conference hotel.  Also, the shuttle runs at intermittent times and will not be available always when you need transportation to and from the conference.
