Urology Research

Research Conference

A research conference is held quarterly and is dedicated to research discussion, organization and data collection. Core Urology Faculty will involve each resident in study design, use of national and regional databases, data analysis programs and critical analysis of publications. Our faculty are also involved in active clinical trials at Erlanger Health System.

Research Projects

Each resident is required to complete research project(s) during their training and submit to local, regional and national conferences for presentation, including the UT Annual Resident Research Day and Quality Improvement Day.  All completed reserach projects are required to be submitted to peer-reviewd journals for publication.
