Description: The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine, seeks a diverse pool of nominees and applicants for the position of Professor and Chair in the Department of Preventive Medicine on the main campus of the Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.

The Department of Preventive Medicine, with recognized excellence in epidemiology, biostatistics, community participatory research, and clinical trials, seeks a funded researcher in the area of health disparities or health policy/economics. This individual should have a history of research collaboration and achievement, a demonstrated commitment to education, a track record of mentoring junior faculty, national involvement in professional organizations in an area of expertise, and a proven ability to administer and manage.
