University of Tennessee Recruitment Information
Our employment philosophy is simple. We work every day to attract, hire and retain the best workforce. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of Tennesseans and the global community by fostering integrated, collaborative, and inclusive education, research, scientific discovery, clinical care, and public service. This mission drives everything we do—and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that purpose.
At UT Health Science Center, we don't look for good, we're not impressed by great, we’re in search of excellence! We hire those who are exceptional in their profession, inspired by learning, enthusiastic about their work and demonstrate a spirit of teamwork. We believe that innovation is born in an environment that promotes inclusiveness, provides for open communication and acceptance of different ideas.
Thank you for your interest in a career with the University of Tennessee. We are excited for you to learn more about becoming a part of the UT Family. As you explore our many employment opportunities, we encourage you to remain vigilant against recruitment scams designed to target job seekers. The University of Tennessee will never ask you to provide money to accept a job offer or to participate in a search process. Please contact the campus Human Resources office if you have questions about the validity of a request or communication you receive relating to employment with the university.
