The new Planon platform helps UT streamline essential organizational processes, including space and key management. This platform facilitates the management and tracking of space usage, handles key and card access requests for the UTK and UTHSC campuses, and provides access to floor plans for spatial planning. Comprehensive job aids and instructional videos are now available for various Planon processes, such as assigning employee locations, handling key requests, viewing floor plans, and more.
