UTHSC Raffle
Our eRaffle system can be used at campus functions as a random way to choose winners of various door prizes. People will use their UTHSC ID badge to scan in to the event and then all the names will populate the eRaffle screen. At the click of a button, you will get a winner!
How to use your eRaffle
- Your eRaffle web address will be sent to you in an email. On the day of the event, go to that web address.
- You can display your eRaffle page however you need to. For example, on a conference room TV or simply on a laptop screen. It works best when everyone can see it, so they can see their names show up on the screen.
- Click the 'Choose a Winner' button
- The winners name and badge number will show up.
- If you don't need to immediately choose another winner click the close button (x)
in the top right corner of the winner's box.
Doing this will remove the winner from the list of contestants and place them in the 'Winners' column. - If you need to immediately choose a new winner, then click the 'Play Again!' button
in the winner's box.

The person that was chosen will be put back into the list of available contestants, and a new winner will be immediately chosen.

Need an eRaffle
If you want an eRaffle set up, contact Todd Barber. We will just need to know the name of the event and when the event will take place. We need at least 2 days notice prior to the event to set up the eRaffle.
