How do I submit a request for the purchase of AI software?
You can request this by submitting a ticket for Technology Review.
Can I put protected information (PII or PHI) in UT Verse and Copilot? How about de-identified data?
Protected information, such as patient data or any data that includes personal identifiable information or protected health information, should NOT be entered into UT Verse.
However, de-identified data containing no PHI/PII can be entered into UT Verse. An example is a chat that includes UTHSC research data with no PII or PHI.
Why are there cautions about putting confidential data in UT Verse? Isn't it a private application used only by us?
While UT Verse is designed to be used only by those with a UT NetID, because of the volume of potential users, including faculty, staff, and students, level 3 data and other confidential information should not be imported into UT Verse.
Does UT Verse or protected Copilot have persistent shared memory across different users?
