The Memphis Uptown neighborhood was chosen by the UT Health Science Center College of Medicine as the site for the first UTHSC Health Hub. In October we celebrated three years of serving Uptown. During that time UT Health Science Center Health Hub – Uptown has had 2700 visits, engaged more than 800 patients, and screened 450 patients for obesity, hypertension, and/or diabetes.
