Creative Services

The Creative Services team is responsible for all the design of all print and digital marketing materials for the university, upholding the integrity of the UTHSC brand.

 

Process for Creating Marketing Materials

  1. Please submit your design request through our Project Request Form. On that form please specify the type of materials requested (i.e. brochure, postcard, flyer, MailChimp header, digital board graphic, etc.) under the question Tell us about your project.
  2. Provide any corresponding copy/text and photos that should be included in the design/layout via the form. Copy/text should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document or pdf. All photos should be high resolution (300 dpi) and not embedded in a Word document. Creative Services does not accept Microsoft Publisher files. If the file(s) are too large to attach to the form, please provide a link to a shared OneDrive folder in the question Tell us about your project.
  3. For most design requests, please allow at least two weeks design time. The timeline may be increased depending on the complexity or size of the design.
  4. If you will need the design to be printed, please allow at least 4-5 business days for items that can be printed at UTHSC Print Services and 10 business days for jobs that UTHSC Print Services will need to send to a third-party vendor.
