Drs. Katzmarzyk and Price-Haywood, investigators for the Promoting Successful Weight Loss in Primary Care in Louisiana (PROPEL) trial, will discuss their team’s intensive lifestyle intervention, which incorporates health coaches working with underserved patients. Results of the PROPEL study were published in New England Journal of Medicine in September 2020.
