Sai Vineela Bontha, PhD

As a post-Doctoral research associate, Dr. Bontha has worked on early biomarkers and non-invasive biomarkers for the identification of allograft failure and monitoring of graft function in kidney transplant recipients using techniques like epigenomics, transcriptomics and small RNA analysis. Her interest lies on the analysis of cellular crosstalk within the kidney in stably functioning renal allografts and those that progress towards allograft failure.
