Late-Breaking Abstract Submissions – Final Call!

Graduate students are invited to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation as part of the program. Please follow the required abstract format. View example abstract and style requirements, including:

Please use a 10 point type, 1.15 spaced in Arial font, with a 1" margin left, right, top, and bottom, no indentation, left and right margins must be justified

• Title
• Author(s) starts by presenting author affiliations and addresses. The presenting author's name should be underlined, and the primary faculty adviser/sponsor should be indicated with an asterisk (*). 
• Abstract body is composed of background, methods, results, discussions, and conclusion.

This section is limited to 300 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations. Please include citations used to execute your work, if needed. No figures and tables are allowed.

For uniformity, please adopt the aforementioned format. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification.

Poster Size Recommendations

Official size of poster presentation is 36.00 x 48.00 inch (vertical). This guidelines are recommendations, not mandatory requirement.
However, if the size differs, please consider selecting a vertical format, taking into account the width limitations of the poster board.
