Dr. Dwayne Accardo

Dr. Dwayne Accardo has been a certified registered nurse anesthetist since 2001. He performs all aspects of general anesthesia, but his area of clinical expertise is in obstetrics. Dr. Accardo also serves as the clinical site coordinator for nurse anesthesia students that rotate within the Methodist hospitals.

Dr. Bobby Bellflower

Dr. Bobby Bellflower has been a board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years with most of her experience in the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Regional One Health and in the Level IV NICU at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. She served as the manager for NNP services in both hospitals. Currently, Dr. Bellflower is practicing at Regional-One health.

Dr. Ricketta Clark

Dr. Ricketta Clark has been a certified family nurse practitioner since 1999 with most of her experience in gastroenterology.  For the past 14 years, she has treated patients with various gastroenterology conditions with a special focus on Hepatitis C virus. 

Dr. Lanny Coker

Dr. Lanny Coker has been a certified registered nurse anesthetist since 1989.  His expertise is neuraxial anesthesia.  For over 20 years, Dr. Coker’s clinical practice has been the delivery of anesthesia to the obstetric patient who presents for delivery.

Dr. Mark Dunavan

Dr. Mark Dunavan has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 1998 with most of his experience and expertise in cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, and obstetric anesthesia. He also has experience in providing trauma and anesthesia resuscitative care in austere environments. For the past 17 years, Dr. Mark Dunavan has served as a mentor for nurse anesthesia students in the Methodist Healthcare System of Memphis while teaching them in the clinical area.

Dr. Carrie Harvey

Dr. Carrie Harvey has been a board certified acute care nurse practitioner since 1998. Her experience is in cardiology with a subspecialty focus in cardiac electrophysiology. She is a current member of Heart Rhythm Society and the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses.

Dr. Amy Koehn

Dr. Amy Koehn has been a NNP since 1998 and demonstrates extensive clinical experience in level III and IV NICUs roles, both at the bedside and as a team member for neonatal air and ground transports. In addition to her academic faculty duties, Dr. Koehn continues to practice clinically in the Level IV NICU at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital where she works collaboratively with the staff neonatologists and consulting services in providing high-level care to preterm and ill newborns. 

Dr. Donna Lynch-Smith

Dr. Donna Lynch-Smith has been a certified acute care nurse practitioner since 2010 with most of her experience in pulmonary/critical care. Dr. Lynch-Smith currently practices as an intensivist in a medical intensive care managing acute ill patients.

Dr. Tracy McClinton

Dr. Tracy McClinton is certified adult-gerontology acute care practitioner. Her specialty practice is in the role of a hospitalist nurse practitioner. She continues to serve patients in the acute care setting, providing them with excellent care.

Dr. Emma Murray

Dr. Emma Murray has been a certified acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) since 2001. She was the first ACNP hired in a Hospitalist position at Methodist University Hospital in 2005. She practices PRN with Dr. Ellena Henderson and Dr. Khalid Rassoul as a Hospitalist at MUH; she also acts as a preceptor for UTHSC, DNP students in the clinical setting.

Dr. Michelle Rickard

Dr. Michelle Rickard has been a certified pediatric acute care nurse practitioner since 2015. Her nurse practitioner experience focuses in the hospitalist setting with prior nursing experience in pediatric oncology and palliative care as well as the neonatal intensive care.
