Additional Counseling Resources

 
TimelyCare

TimelyCare is a free supplemental mental health resource available to all currently enrolled students. It offers access to 24/7/365 on demand and scheduled telehealth counseling services, with up to 12 sessions per year per student. 

Services include:

  • Up to 12 scheduled counseling sessions per student, per year
  • Unlimited “TalkNow” access for immediate support with a licensed provider
  • Bilingual and multilingual providers available

In addition to counseling, TimelyCare offers a range of wellness and support services, including: 

  • An anonymous, online peer support community moderated by licensed professionals
  • Health coaching
  • Self-care and mental health resources
  • Medical guidance and support
  • On-demand yoga and meditation sessions
  • Care navigation services
  • Assistance with basic needs
  • And more
