Incident Investigation

The Office of Research Safety Affairs investigates research related incidents and accidents. The intent of these investigations is to identify potential risks to employees and promote continuous improvement of worker health and safety. If researchers are concerned about working conditions, work practices or other health, safety of compliance-related issues the Office of Research Safety Affairs will work to identify and address their issues. Understanding that there is sometimes a need for discretion in such matters, employees can request that investigations be conducted confidentially.
