Maternal Fetal Medicine Division
The Maternal Fetal Medicine Division specializes in the care of high risk obstetrical patients and their fetuses and is the regional referral center for the Mid-South. Regional One Health Hospital hosts a state-of-the-art ultrasonography unit, a labor and delivery unit with top-notch anesthesia and nursing care, and an ICU with expertise in the care of critically ill obstetrical patients. A specialized interdisciplinary team is available to support complex obstetrical surgical cases as well.
In addition, the Division coordinates high acuity fetal care through the Congenital Anomaly Clinic at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital and has excellent ambulatory ancillary services located within the ambulatory setting, including diabetic education and genetic counseling.
