- Campbell Foundation Research and Publication Department - assistance in collecting and compiling data, editorial assistance for publications and presentations.
- University of Tennessee - Research Laboratory - facilities for in vivo basic science research and development of microsurgical skills, video cassette and sound-slide programs for study and review.
