Kendal Booker, MOT, OTR/L, CAPS
Kendal is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (MOT), and completed her preliminary coursework at Mississippi State University. She recently completed a Faculty Scholars Program in geriatrics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Memphis. She joined the faculty as an instructor in January of 2015. Kendal’s practice experience with adults and geriatrics includes acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient; pediatrics experience includes outpatient & inpatient rehabilitation. Her interests include providing innovative learning opportunities inside and outside of the classroom to promote best practices in adult and geriatric care. Ms. Booker holds the following certifications: Certified Aging in Place Specialist and Certified Interactive Metronome Provider.
