UTHSC Faculty/Staff Survey October 1–7

Colleagues,

At the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, we are doing our best to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. We would like to check in on your personal wellbeing and hear about your experiences during this time. Additionally, your feedback regarding programs and practices are important to our success during this critical period.

On behalf of the leadership team, I invite you to share your views on how UTHSC is implementing its pandemic response plan. Your voice plays a significant role in determining how we move forward during this situation.

We have partnered with McLean & Company, an independent HR research firm, to administer Pandemic Engagement Pulse survey to gather your insights and feedback from October 1 – 7. Over the next few days, you will receive an email from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) asking you to participate in an employee survey. As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of responses and the objectivity of the process is maintained. McLean & Company only shares aggregate results of the survey with UTHSC leadership and not individual responses. No one at UTHSC has access to the raw data gathered by the survey or any individual responses.

The survey is short and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. We encourage you to take this opportunity to share your honest perspectives and feedback about UTHSC. The leadership team is committed to understanding and acting on your feedback in order to best respond to this pandemic.
