Public Education to inform the public regarding critical community health needs, healthcare quality, efficiency, cost, and high-value health care through the provision of periodic reports.
Information Sharing among consumers, providers, and health plans regarding how healthcare organization, financing and delivery methods affect health system performance in order to foster regional health system improvements.
