Quality is at the center of all Plough Center products and services. The Plough Center is committed to providing quality products and services to all clients and consumers. 


Plough Center management and personnel are personally committed to meeting or exceeding the expectations of pharmaceutical regulatory agencies and customers. Our quality history includes successful completion of numerous client audits and state license inspections.

The Quality unit confirms that each of the Quality System documents is developed and reviewed in compliance with regulatory requirements and business requirements. It also administers the systems necessary to confirm training. 

 The current evaluation is focused on reviewing and improving many aspects of the Plough Quality System to ensure the department has appropriate capacity and capability to sustain compliance with regulatory requirements and to ensure that the department quality policies and procedures reflect current regulatory requirements and industry standards. Some of our programs consist of:

  • Quality manual describing quality philosophies, work ethic, organizational culture, responsibilities, corporate commitment for continuous improvements, client deserved flexibilities, adaptabilities and executive visions
  • Validation of all equipment and systems
  • Routine equipment and system calibration and preventive maintenance
  • Cleaning strategy for the facility and production equipment are in place
  • Change of control program for modifications to systems, processes, and equipment
  • Control and Monitoring of Environmental Conditions are in place
  • SOPs for every equipment that is used for GMP activities
