Updated Cayuse information Another upload of information from Cayuse is being prepared for upload to the Proposals and Awards screens.  December 20, 2019
Annual Activity Report

Several items are being revised:

The preparation date (date the report is run) will be added to the top of the report.

Information from Goals (current 2019 and proposed 2020), Assignments (current 2019 and proposed 2020), and Percent Effort Allocation will be added.

UTHSC CV Report Corrections

Some entries are not showing on the CV as expected. We are revising those.

Evaluation Section being Created

We are creating a new Section in Digital Measures called "Evaluation." It will be located at the bottom of the page where you see all the sections and screens in which you can enter information. The following screens are moving to that new section: Percent Effort Allocation and Performance Rating screen, Goals screen, and Assignments screen. This will help you focus on the specific information for your annual review.

Web Profiles

We are working with Digital Measures, Information Technology Services, and Communications and Marketing to institute web profiles for faculty.

Recently Completed Revisions
  1. Goals and Assignments Screen - the combined screen was separated into two screens: one for Goals and one for Assignments. We automatically imported any data you had already entered into the combined screen to the correct separate screen. (2nd week of December 2019)
  2. Research at Other Institutions Screen - has been renamed to Other Research. Use this screen to record research conducted at either UTHSC and that is not brought in by Cayuse to the Awards and Proposals screen or research conducted at other institutions. (2nd week of December 2019)
  3. Scheduled Teaching Screen - Uploaded additional data for faculty whose colleges and/or programs provided additional information related to teaching (1st week of December 2019)
  4. Graduate Faculty Level field and data - Moved to the Permanent Data screen from the Yearly Data screen. The field has been deleted from the Yearly Data screen (1st week of December 2019)
  5. Professional Service Screen - new options that separated out the various types of reviewer/referee roles have been included. Please use the most specific role possible when entering your information - conference reviewer/referee, grant reviewer/referee, journal reviewer/referee. Data that had been entered into the generic Other role or the generic Reviewer/Referee role have been parsed into a more specific role when obvious. (1st week of December 2019)
  6. Work History Screen / Clinical Care and Other Practice Experience Screen - We moved the Hospital and Clinical Appointments "employment type" from the Work History Screen. You should record all of those appointments in the Clinical Care and Other Practice Experience screen from this point on. We are moving any professional experience records related to clinical care that have already been entered in the Work History screen to the Clinical Care and Other Practice Experience screen. (2nd week of December 2019)
