Standard Questions
Below are the 12 generic questions used in the standard evaluation. Additional, specific questions can be added by the course director.
- The course was well organized and conducted. 1 to 5

- The course increased my analytical thinking and/or development of new skills. 1 to 5

- List up to three weaknesses of the course AND suggestions for improvement for each weakness. Open-ended

Each instructor can view the responses to questions 1 through 12 and the questions about him/herself (not other instructors). The course director can see responses to all questions.
