Campus Safety and Emergency Management

Campus Safety and Emergency Management supports UTHSC colleges and departments in the development of emergency plans and procedures for a variety of hazards . . .

including fires, severe weather, infectious disease, and other emergencies that could adversely affect the health, safety, assets, or operations of the UTHSC community. These pages are designed to help you make the best decisions possible to protect yourself, but there is no substitute for common sense and awareness of your surroundings. All members of the UTHSC community are encouraged to use our many resources to protect yourselves. Campus Safety and Emergency Management functions are combined under the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities to further enhance existing initiatives and strengthen security initiatives.
