Service and Volunteer Hour Tracking

Please note that volunteer hours logged more than one month (31 days) past the date of service will not be accepted and the only method of collection supported by UTHSC is via this online database. To request an official record of your service hours please login using your Net ID and password and use the "request confirmation" button to the left. All requests for service hour records will be reviewed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a timeline due to the high number of submissions we receive.
