Dee Pratt, RDN, LDN, President, Dietitian Associates, Inc.
Dee attended the University of TN at Martin and Knoxville receiving her BS degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She completed her Traineeship at Methodist HealthCare in Memphis, TN. She is past President of the Memphis Area Nutrition Council, past President of the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and past President of the TN Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dee served seven years as the Chair of the TN Licensure Board for Dietitian Nutritionists. She is a past recipient of the TN Outstanding Dietitian of the Year award and three time recipient of the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics award and Dee is the 2018 Medallion Award recipient from the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

She has served on the Peer Network for Nutrition Care Process (NCP) and the Standardized Language Committee teaching dietitians throughout the country on behalf of the Academy and presently serves on the NCP Advisory Workgroup. She served as a member of the Academy’s Accountable Payment Model Task Force and was a member of Cahaba Government Services POE advisory board and now serves on the Palmetto Government Services POE. Dee also serves on the Advisory Committee for UT Martin Family and Consumer Sciences and also volunteers her time lecturing the students and interns on the Nutrition Care Process, private practice, reimbursement and tele-health. She has been featured on CNN news for her innovation in hospital foodservice.

Dee is the President and co-owner of Dietitian Associates, Inc, a nutrition consulting and private practice firm in the Memphis area. She is a nationally recognized speaker for NCP and tele-nutrition and has led many of the successes in reimbursement issues in Tennessee for registered dietitians.

Lt. Kevin Spratlin, MS, NRP, Memphis Fire Department, Memphis, TN
Lt. Kevin Spratlin, MS, NRP, leads Memphis Fire Department’s Healthcare Navigator Program, a series of initiatives geared toward reducing the burden of non-emergent medical calls on the department’s emergency response capabilities. Lt. Spratlin joined MFD in 2001 and has been involved in the emergency services field for over 25 years as a field provider, EMS educator, and program coordinator. He has chaired the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Board’s Community Paramedicine/Mobile Integrated Healthcare Taskforce, a multidisciplinary group empaneled to develop a Community Paramedic credential for the state’s EMS professionals.

Sarah Rhoads, PhD, DNP, WHNP-BC, FAAN, Professor, Department of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, The University of Tennessee Health Science Center
Dr. Sarah Rhoads is a telemedicine/telehealth researcher and educator, emphasizing the human impact of technologies on health care providers and person- and patient-centered care. Dr. Rhoads has coordinated distance education through telemedicine to rural health care providers. Many of her research initiatives center around connected health and telehealth technology. She has been the primary investigator on multiple grants related to telehealth with an emphasis on the Mississippi River Delta region of the United States. Dr. Rhoads has a passion for improving maternal, neonatal, and pediatric care in rural areas.

Nan M. Gaylord, PhD, RN, CPNP, FAANP, FAAN, Professor, College of Nursing, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville
Dr. Nan Gaylord is a professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Nursing. She is the Director of the Center for Nursing Practice and the Administrator of the Vine School Health Center (VSHC) where the telehealth equipment resides and is utilized for services. Her expertise is in clinical care of the child and is a practicing pediatric nurse practitioner at the VSHC.
