Our strategic and intentional commitment to fostering mutual trust, respect, honesty, integrity, and accountability includes efforts that cultivate a welcoming and inclusive learning and working environment for faculty, students, and staff.

Through education, discovery, and service, we challenge ourselves to embrace difference and to understand that each individual is unique and deserves to feel a sense of belonging. Together, the College works to build and sustain a culture where everyone is appreciated for who they are. Ultimately, we envision the UTHSC College of Pharmacy as being a true reflection of the many varied populations it serves.
