UTHSC Mind Body Wellness Center
The UTHSC Mind Body Wellness Center includes a state-of-the-art yoga studio; a meditation studio for self-guided meditation, as well as classes and workshops; a fully-equipped pilates studio with four STOTT PILATES* reformers with towers, four stability chairs, a mat/barre area; and a Zen lounge overlooking Health Sciences Park.
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making healthy choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.
