  • Something broken? Submit a ticket via an easy form so we can resolve your problem quickly. (NOTE: Starting July 26, you will no longer be able to email helpdesk@uthsc.edu or servicedesk@uthsc.edu to create a ticket.)
  • Need something new? Explore the service catalog to find all the products and services we support. Read about them and request them right from the same page!
  • Have a question? Search the knowledge base to find articles and videos about everything from using OneDrive and SharePoint to the locations of student computer labs to getting WiFi, and much more! Constantly updated, consistently growing.

  • Latest trends: See the most popular articles and services that you and others have used recently, updated in real time.
  • 24/7 access: Submit tickets, request new services, and search the knowledge base at your convenience.
  • Backed by the Service Desk: You can still call us 7:30 am-5:30 pm CT at 901.448.2222. The Desk also is open once again for in-person assistance 8 am - 5 pm CT on the 6th floor of the Lamar Alexander building.
