1. GEB Is the Clearest Location-Specific Connectivity Pain Point
GEB appeared repeatedly in both wired and wireless comments. Users reported no usable ethernet in the basement, very slow WiโFi, difficulty taking virtual meetings, and poor performance during quizzes, tests, and team-based learning. The concentration of comments suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring building-level issue.

2. Wired Connectivity Concerns Span Multiple Buildings
Comments from the Translational Research Building, Mooney Building, 920 Madison Avenue, and 66 Pauline Avenue point to slow or nonworking wired connections in several locations.
