Microsoft is consistently adding new features to Office 365. ITS strives to stay ahead of the release of new features. However, when Microsoft announces that a new feature 'is now available' it does not necessarily show up for all users at that time. Depending on the release cycle, the new features could take several months before they are available to Office 365 for Education subscribers.

We offer full support on standard applications such as mail, calendar, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  We offer limited support on other applications, such as Devle and OneNote Online.
