help.
Tech Support for Students
UTHSC Information Technology (IT) is available to help you with online collaboration tools. You can visit UTHSC TechConnect to report issues, view and request IT services, and find helpful information. It’s all here in one place, plus so much more. We also have resources to help you telecommute and work remotely.
As part of our efforts to provide you with the technical resources and information to continue your work, ITS wants to make you aware of the following resources for those who have inadequate internet service or none at all.
- Comcast is offering free access to its Xfinity WiFi hot spots , unlimited data to its customers for no extra charge, and 60 days of free basic internet service to new customers.
- Charter Communications is providing free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi internetfor the next 60 days to households with K-12 students or college students who don't already have a subscription. It is s also offering its Wi-Fi hot spots for free to the public.
- AT&T is providing free access to its public WiFi hot spots.
